Where do I even begin.... This has to be by far the worst hospital I ever been to and I have been to some pretty bad hospitals. I came into the ER tonight because my fiance and I collided heads 4 days ago and I've been experiencing pain and off and on headaches plus some slight lightheadedness. Well when we got here the triage receptionist spelled my last name wrong even though I spelled it out for her, then once I get called back I get placed in a room with a chair instead of a bed, also sharing the room with someone else just separated by a curtain. Also the light in the room shuts off every 15-30 minutes. Then once the PA comes in and sees me, she practically disregards my concerns of a possible concussion without running any neuro tests because I didn't vomit or pass out (I have had previous concussions without those symptoms) all she did was look at my ears and eyes and told me to put ice on it and take Tylenol or Ibuprofen. I was discharged without any proper treatment, such as tests or medications.

It’s the fact that there is no one working the desk in the EMERGENCY department.. been sitting here over an hour in pain and not a soul has walked to the desk to see any new forms.. and this is a hospital? I knew I should’ve went to Lafayette.. you’ll mess around and die waiting in this emergency room.. hospital too it’s so outdated.

The ER crew especially the ER nurse and Doctor was so good to me, the 5th floor nurses like Ashley, Lana and etc. went over and beyond to help during my overnight stay. OGH leaders please reward this crew for being so kind and generous. Thanks once again from Trevorr D. 07/01-07/02 😁✌🏿
