Do not get in the GYN clinic here. They will not refill your meds, will not answer your questions, will ignore your pain. Will take photos, don't give them permission. They will require frequent video appointments in which they will not answer your questions and will refuse to refill your meds. Video gyn appointments that you don't need and that are absolutely pointless except for the fact that they BILL YOU for them. It's residents. They explain nothing to you, you are merely the specimen being used to teach the residents. I have never been so unheard, so uncared for, felt so much like a lab specimen in my life. Looking for the first opportunity to escape to a different gyn. This place is a nightmare. Update 10/20/2025 dear ochsner health. If you want to look into it, then look into it. I dare you. Stop mistreating these patients. If you actually want to. Stop allowing it to go on. My meds are still not ordered and my comments to my doctor are still ignored. I expect if they ever respond they're going to try to force me to have another unnecessary appointment at which time they will continue to ignore my needs. I dare you to do something about the way they are treating patients. Go ahead. The best quality care possible? Prove it. Update 10/26/2025: STILL NO REFILLS ON MY MEDS, AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO ME AT ALL ABOUT IT. THEY ARE NEGLECTING AND IGNORING PATIENTS. Update 10/30/2025: The "patient advocate" did nothing to get this resolved. She lied and made me feel like I was bothering her. Doesn't want to hear about the problem, isn't interested in resolving it. The person who got it resolved did it with one short phone call. The patient advocate could have done that the first time I asked for help. But chose not to.

An ex GF is s nurse there. After breakup she used my personal, private medical history and her access to it in order to try to cause me financial harm. Ochsner would not give me an accounting of the access to my medical records, nor would they place them behind a firewall to protect my privacy from one of their staff that has no legitimate business accessing my private medical records. For over a YEAR I have been fighting this and habe gotten zero help from Ochsner. Ochsner is not only trusted to keep our records safe and private, but I cannot even habe my personal medical records purged from their database. So they can't keep them secure, I cant have them purged, they won't place them behind a firewall or limit who has access of them, they wont provide an accounting of who accessed them, and lne of their nurses as an act of retaliation for breaking up with her used my private, supposedly protected information to cause me financial harm, and Ochsner doesnt have a care. They refused to lift a finger to help me protect my records.

They will spread lies and say things that are untrue about students who do clinicals there all the while smiling in your face making it seem like you’re doing such a good job! Their own respiratory therapists don’t even like being serviced over there for medical care. Save yourself some time & money and do NOT come here!

The nurses went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout my treatment. Over the past few years, the hospital has transformed into a clean, well-organized facility. The staff are friendly, and the level of care is outstanding. I can't express enough gratitude for the life-saving care I received here. This place truly made a difference in my life.
