My visit was great. Staff was great. Nurse Practitioner Anna was great and knowledgeable. Although she was unable to treat me due to the lack of Hospital Equipment. (This is an Urgent Care Not a Hospital) She was able to send me to the Best Hospital I’ve ever been to. And she was correct in her pre-diagnosis. Without even having the equipment to verify.

The practitioners are great but the staff are not very professional. The nurse come in, no introduction. She orders me to move seats. When she came in with BP cuff and thermometer, she seemed quite put out. Finally, when it was time to give my shots, she told me face the wall, i did so, bit it was apparently not enough. She disgustingly said, no more and she turned me. Again, to this point there was still no introduction or any sense of empathy or caring. She should turn in whatever license she has and go work at a fast food restaurant…at least I expect horrible service and rude people there.

Great service in the front and back. Everybody was friendly, concerned and professional. The Dr listened and quickly made me feel seen. She answered all my questions satisfactorily. I was there about 30-45 minutes. I’m writing this review the next day and can honestly say I feel 80% better. I highly recommend the Madisonville location!

Wonderful, kind and caring staff! And true to their name, I was In and Out in under 30 minutes. I called back twice regarding pharmacies - they were so very patient and attentive to my requests and quick to react. I would definitely recommend this facility and use them again myself in the future if needed.
