Full disclosure on this review: I am a sometime teacher at the studio. When I arrived in Tampa in 2021 I tried several studios in close proximity to where I live. I keep returning to Jai Dee and then decided to attach my 25 years of yoga practice/certification to the studio. Jai Dee is what a yoga studio should be: friendly, welcoming, attendant to practice AND personal detail (a tiny bowl with hair clips and ties in case you forgot yours!). Jai Dee isn't just a yoga studio, it is a community of kind and caring folk who come for practice and camaraderie - and welcome all. This isn't hot or power yoga, this is calming and enlightening yoga. The way yoga should be.

I can’t recommend Jennifer enough! I’ve seen her a few times now, and each session has been fantastic—but most recently, I tweaked my neck and was in a lot of pain. She was able to fit me in the same day, and once again, she worked her magic. She has an incredible ability to strike the perfect balance between deep, therapeutic work and a relaxing, restorative experience. I left feeling so much better, with real relief and improved mobility. Another huge plus is her flexibility—she offers appointments at her calm, professional studio and does in-home visits on certain days, which is such a convenience. If you're dealing with pain, stress, or just want to take care of your body, Jennifer is hands down the best massage therapist I've worked with. Don’t hesitate to book with her!

Jai Dee Yoga is a Seminole Heights gem. The teachers are wonderful and there’s a welcoming atmosphere for all levels, with a great variety of classes that meet you where you are. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe, supportive space to grow your practice.
