I don't know if these guys are still in business or what. Hotels in the Boston area are crazy in October and this one seemed cute and affordable, had decent reviews and the location was good for me, and they had a better rate through their own website, so i booked there.||I made an online reservation, but realized a couple of days later that I had not received any kind of email confirmation. So I filled out their online form... with no response. Then I sent an email a couple of days later... with no response. Then I tried calling the hotel and the phone rolled over to a system, but not one where i could leave a message (It wanted me to put in a passcode as if I were a user on their system).||I would have liked to try this place, but gave up. Now I'm hoping they don't charge my card. The reservation was cancellable, but when you can't reach anyone to figure out the status, and there's no email with a "cancel" link, you're flying blind.

Advertise handicap accessible rooms available options to pay for overnight stay. They 100% falsely advertise to offer such condition accommodating rooms for people with any type of physical impaired disabilities or use of a wheelchair to navigate comfortably around to make use of the paid space not provided or available to do so. No ramp access, falsely deceptive description of services offered

This place is clean and good. We stayed there for 1 night and the service is excellent. Nice and clean.
