Fast, friendly and efficient service and staff. Wait time in the lobby was minimal. Walked in saw the Dr and out of the door. Definitely quicker than a normal visit to any primary care. My go to when I’m not feeling the best.

We were visiting Baton Rouge for a baseball tournament when my son slipped and had a nasty gash on his shin. Took him to get stitches and can’t say enough good things about this urgent care. The entire staff was welcoming, thorough and extremely comforting to my 11 year old that was scared and crying. The bedside manner is second to none. So thankful for everyone that was there to help my son.

Do not recommend. Brought my daughter in Sunday and was told she had a stomach virus. 12 hours later she was unconscious and being rushed to the emergency room and was in full blown diabetic ketoacidosis. We had no idea but the doctor said this could have easily been caught at Urgent Care. We could have lost our daughter Monday Morning. We will never return.

When I’m under the weather like I was Thursday I know that I can go to the Watson Lake Urgent Care to help me get back on track. They are always kind and treat me like a person instead of just a number. Dr. Erwin is more than just a doctor. A couple of months ago, I went there to get checked out due being in a car wreck and was telling him that something was dragging behind my car and after I checked out, he came outside and helped me with my car. I will never forget how much that meant to me. ❤️
