Very nice facility. The front desk staff, medical assistants and providers were all really friendly and professional. It looked as if I would have a long wait by the amount of people in the lobby but they moved the patients in and out rather smoothly. The front desk worker was really friendly with me and patient while I worked out my payment. So thankful for her kindness and generosity during a moment I felt horrible. Awesome team!

Staff is polite, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Felt so much better and confident with their follow up plan for my recovery. Facility is extremely clean (much cleaner than many ERs). Overall, best urgent care I have been to in years! Highly recommend!

Extremely impressed with this location of Lake Urgent Care. I was there for less than thirty minutes from the time I arrived to the time I walked out the door. They addressed my medical issues promptly and efficiently and My prescription was sent electronically before I left. If I should need urgent care in the future this is where I will go and I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing urgent care services.
