Carolyn Moore, NP was extremely attentive, understanding and patient and answered all the questions I had with courtesy and respect. I always have phenomenal professional service when I come into this office. I highly recommend them 10/10

I was pleased I was seen right away. Lance listened to my complaints. I had been sick for 2 weeks with a virus. He sent prescriptions to my pharmacy. I was feeling considerably better the next day. Very satisfied!

After never posting a review before, after my experience last night at this urgent care I feel led to. The lady at the front Jenni asked for my ID and insurance card, no welcome or greeting, and after she pulled me up she realized I had a balance from years ago (completely my fault, I was unaware) and rudely snapped that they can’t see me unless they collect the balance that has been sent to collections. In all fairness I understand why this is a policy, that’s not my issue. My issue is how she treated me condescendingly as if I had intentionally not paid my bill. I have never visited this location- it was apparently a bill from another location (a service which I paid $200 up front as a copay) and didn’t know there was another bill especially since there were no other services given that time besides saying I had an upper respiratory infection and discharging me with no meds. She was ugly about it when I asked how much it would be total from my copay now and my balance then and I said I’m sorry I don’t have $440 to pay today (220 old bill and new copay). She said well we won’t be seeing you today then. Never asked my symptoms. Never asked if it was something serious. I told her I’d have to go to the hospital and she said yeah I guess so! To me it was very unprofessional to be treated as less than. I respect the fact the facility can’t see me when I owe them money but the way I was treated less than bc of it wasn’t okay. I went to Prairieville plus urgent care afterwards and was met with compassion and kindness. The people at the other place really didn’t know how much I appreciated their kindness that day! But I will never be returning to another lake urgent care after how I felt leaving last night. 🙁

All around great staff. The nurse and doctor were warm and calming. Both very personable and I knew I was in good hands. Best after service I've ever been to.
