I went to this urgent care on Halloween. I had pulled a muscle in my leg I thought. The staff were all excellent. Katherine Guillory, PA, treated me and knew exactly how to figure out what muscle was actually hurt I had thought it was my thigh but by a series of movements she did with my leg she found exactly the place I had strained. She also made sure nothing was broken. I felt well taken care of and hopeful I would feel better soon. I was given some instructions on how to stretch and massage my muscle to help it heal too. I recommend this urgent care if you can’t get in to see your normal physician and have a need to be seen quickly. Knowledgeable and friendly staff ! 5 stars !!

Dr. Christin and her entire stuff was awesome. I was hurting so bad when I walked in. Still is, but because of her I can now began healing. Thank you so much for such a compassionate experience. May God Bless you all!

I had severe chills when I went in and they gave me a blanket. They offered me water but I had some already. The man and woman that took my information and vitals introduced themselves but I don't remember their names- I apologize! They were super nice. The guy was even familiar with my affliction, which is extremely rare. Dr. Charles Haase was really nice also. He was the first Dr. at any urgent care who actually listened and treated me on my issue instead of just treating it as a UTI and sending me on my way. I was given a shot to help me feel better until I could get the antibiotics. Y'all rock!!!!

I experienced some of the best care from the time I walked in. All the nurses and the Dr on duty Friday 8/1 was so caring. Anyone in need of medical help go to Lake Urgent Care-Gonzales.
