We had a fantastic experience at Lake Urgent Care Ascension. From the moment we walked in, the front desk receptionist was welcoming, professional, and efficient. We were checked in quickly and seen immediately. The medical team was kind, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen and address our concern. The provider explained everything clearly and made sure we understood our treatment options. We felt truly cared for and respected throughout the entire visit. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and clearly well-managed. We left feeling reassured and grateful for the high level of care we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed, and we highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for fast, compassionate, and competent medical help!

I was in town for my Dad’s funeral. I suspected I had an ear infection and definitely needed that to be taken care of before getting on an airplane. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and the nurse practitioner was thorough in her exam. I actually started to cry when I told her the reason for my Louisiana visit. She was very kind. I would 100% recommend!

I love the staff at Urgent Care. From the receptionist to the nurses, NPs and doctors. They are friendly, very efficient and have always addressed my needs in an accurate manner. This is the only Lake Urgent Care that I utilize. They always do a fantastic job!

I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Take it in the back very well cared for given a blanket because I was so cold. The doctor came in spoke to me, ran a Covid flu test came back in, spoke to me and told me that he thought it would be best if I went to the ER. So instead of trying to give me medicine to try to fix what we didn’t know what was wrong. The doctor sent me to the ER. At the ER they found colitis and I spent the night on antibiotics and fluids. So thank you for not just giving me meds just to pacify me.
