On the day of, they called me in advance, showed up on time and were very professional. They provided a reasonable price and were able to fix my issue in the same call. Shawn was awesome. He arrived within the given time frame and took a look at our outlet and found that the previous homeowners and/or their electrician had disconnected the grounding wire when the dishwasher was installed. He corrected the problem and went to the store to get a brown outlet to match the others in the kitchen. He fixed the issue, and then took an in depth look at another issue I wanted a ballpark estimate for, and completed a full, detailed estimate within minutes. Shawn went above and beyond!
