Lourdes Urgent Care - Youngsville

The ONLY person that was even nice to me that night was the lady checking me in. Every other person was rude. Taking my information in the back, took me a minute to even think about my last period cause who even tracks that with busy schedules anymore, and the nurse blurts out in the rudest tone are you pregnant. No im not, i just can’t remember if my last period was last week or the week before or the week before that. I mean damn my memory is not good! Give me a minute to think. And then the freaking doctor comes in or whoever he is, Troy. My pain level is a 9/10 and idk what can be done at that time to help. Doesn’t even look at my knee to see if it’s swollen or if anything is wrong with it. Stands there leaning against the counter and asks me “what do you want me to do for you?” Like idk I’m literally the patient here with extreme pain asking for help, you’re the doctor here. Then he says “Well I don’t know what you want me to do for you.” He lists a few things but never actually looks at my knee or does anything to it to test it. Prescribed medicine medicine but doesn’t tell me what it is because if I would’ve known what it was at the time, I could’ve told him that that medication does not work for me. If I wanted to waste my time, I could’ve just stayed home and been in pain in comfort.
