I thought I had some severe electrical problems because lights in my kitchen, hallway and garage were not working. DTE dispatched McWire electric as part of my home repair plan. The young man that McGuire sent was very professional and knowledgeable. Ben called ahead before arriving, identified himself at the door and entered with a very pleasant attitude. Ben was so thorough. He asked what problem I had been having. I explained it and he went to the circuit breaker box and diagnose the problem in about five minutes. The next thing I knew the lights were on. He bought the faulty part to me and explained how it worked and what was wrong with it. I asked him how long would it take apart and to get it repaired and he said that he had already done the work/repair. Such a knowledgeable, capable courteous young man. I would recommend McWire to my friends, and I would definitely use your service again.
