I didn't even get to stay there. I booked a room in MAY and then 2 weeks ago the HOTEL canceled my booking to sell the room at a higher rate. Fine. But they charged ME $93 in cancellation fees and won't respond to my attempts at contact to get that money back. I am not the one who canceled, so I shouldn't be penalized. Feels very scammy.

I have to be honest. this place is not in any way shape or form nice. the whole thing is filthy, when you walk on the floors your feet turn BLACK, the bathtub had dirt and stains, the sheets were not clean, the list goes on. there is what could be considered "drug activity." Also yes, there are residents living here. It is definitely dangerous at night, and there are homeless people walking around a majority of the time. I have been approached many times many different people asking very different questions (to be fair, by the way I was dressed, they probably thought I was a resident based on some of the questions I was asked). There is probably more I could mention but there is no point in nitpicking details. On the other hand, I had no issues with the wifi and I saw that others were not provided a fridge or microwave. Im not sure of their experience but I do have a mini fridge (not the best one) and a microwave (that I think is from the 80s). and although I never got room service, I had a great experience with the staff. Trip advisory had overbooked us so the hotel was never informed of our reservation and we almost lost our and the hotel offered to refund us completely (another thing im not sure why others did not get refunded). in the end we were able to get a room here and they made sure to clean it beforehand. I also had an encounter at the vending machine where the night before it worked fine but the next morning it ate my money. luckily a worker had just walked in and I explained to him what happened so he went to go get the key for the vending machine to hand me my drink but he couldn't find it so he paid me back out of his own wallet. Another thing, I dont understand why it is a problem to others if people do live here but if that is a deal breaker for you then that can be confirmed. I also have not checked the TV yet but it is definitely older. everything else other wise is definitely functional and I have not yet seen a bug. and even though I have been approached by people, they have always been civil and verg respectful to me, its the more "higher class" individuals that may be offending. Just as an example I watched a guy spit on an Uber repeatedly and call the people that got in various names. Another thing it is conveniently located by many food options, grocery stores, and atleast 10 minutes away from most major events.

There are people who upload photos that are really a lie... it is not a lie that before there was no security and the cleaning staff was not adequate... lose 2025 this hotel has wonderful staff The maintenance team is restoring rooms... cameras and a staff working surveillance in the area to avoid strangers... laundry place changing bed linen... it is an ace price Acceptable...and in general the staff is new...manager with character Anna...a business is moving forward. Kisses to everyone, I hope the BBQ area is ready soon. Don't look at the past, enjoy what you will achieve with love every day.

If no stars was an option, they would be hella negative stars. Dead flys and nats inside a warm fridge. Roaches crawling up the wall, SWARMS of bedbugs on every mattress. Management said they couldn’t do anything and according to their workers they are ‘pretty sure’ bedbugs don’t spread… Can’t forget to mention the fact that they admitted the room next door was occupied for months by someone who didn’t clean and they had to kick out the day before. They had pest control come spray the day before we stayed. Me and two other people staying with me are covered in bedbug bites. We had to leave at 3am to find a new hotel cuz ‘there’s nothing I can do until the manager gets here at 7am’ just for the manager to say ‘there’s nothing I can do til the owners get here tomorrow’ and blamed us! Can’t forget that some doors didn’t lock, some were straight up busted and hanging off the door. They said it doesn’t matter cuz ‘they have security guards’… which I never saw of course
