The window wasn’t locked. There was gap above the door where you can see into the room from the hall. Once inside, and we took our shoes off, even though the floors were laminate, our white socks were quickly browned from apparently a dirty floor. Alongside the bathtub, it looked like the wood was rotted. They also had a plastic cup above the shower nozzle above the bathtub. Each bed had two pillow pillows. The mattresses are on metal Box springs, And they were rusted With it flaking off. There was no do not disturb sign on the door so I had to go up to the front desk to ask them not to send anyone to clean the room. Cigarette butts all over outside the door. You get what you pay for.

Was ok for the cost, staff polite. Rooms ok, was easy access for U-Haul and trailer. And a secure parking lot. Bathroom had damage to door and wall, and the fan in bathroom was loud. But for $60 was worth the cost.

Worst Stay – Dirty, Disrespectful, and Unacceptable I have never experienced a stay as bad as this one. The room was filthy: it smelled strongly of cats, the toilet stank, the shower curtain was moldy, and the sheets and towels were visibly soiled. It was clear that the cleaning staff does not care about hygiene or guest comfort. The staff’s behavior was just as bad, if not worse. We were disrespected and even referred to as “you people” while being told that “we always want something for free.” This kind of discriminatory language is completely unacceptable. Even more troubling, the staff admitted that the owner knows the cleaning staff is not doing their job properly but refuses to take action because they are family members. To make matters worse, there was no respect or support shown to veterans, which added another layer of insult to the experience. Overall, this was an unsanitary, unsafe, and deeply disrespectful place to stay. I strongly recommend avoiding this property at all costs.
