The lady that checked me in at the front desk was amazing. She really helped me out as it was late and I sure needed it. The room was great and squeaky clean. Good beds and lots of pillows. The only drawback was online it listed a pool and it's August so we looked forward to it only to find it's down for repairs. Otherwise it was clean and quiet.

Room was fine. Door was open upon arrival. Desk attendant was yapping on the phone for over 30 mins before arrival (never answered the calls) and for at least 10-15 after. No direct route from lobby to room. No towels in room. Shower set up was bad. A lot of "characters" lurking about.

Both employees very nice and responsive, though. . My score in no way includes them. They are to be commended for managing a large facility with a skeleton crew. Price was right for my needs. Calling the desk not productive if an answer or messaging machine expected.

Ive had a great experience this far. Ive been with them for over 2 weeks now. The staff and owner are very accommodating and they worked with my on my rate after I told them id be staying a while. At this price you cant beat it. Beds are comfortable and clean and they serve breakfast every day.
