Only stayed one night. Checked in on time. Guy greeted us and checked us in. Room was up the stairs (no elevator) and down a long hallway. Looked incredibly sketchy. The parking lot is shared with the sports bar so parking is difficult. The room was basic, sheets weren't great, room had a super wierd smell. The a/c was great though. Traveling solo, I personaly, would not recommend. We did not have a room on top of the bar luckily. The sports bar was nice for close food option and if you had time to kill. Easy to get to next destination from here.

Admittedly I was a bit nervous when making this reservation, especially after reading reviews. I am happy to say my experience was much better than reviews. We arrived after driving through the night a bit earlier than planned and before check-in time. I called to see if an early check in was available, and was told that he wasn’t sure, but would check to see if the room had been cleaned and would call me back. I got a very prompt call back! They were able to accommodate an early check in, and even offered some recommendations on good local restaurants at check in! While the hallways and common areas are in need of a facelift, the efforts being made by the local owners to improve the space are clear. The room was modest, but SO CLEAN. The bed was simple and comfortable and the building overall was very quiet. I was incredibly pleased to have a Room that was clean, safe, and comfortable. They offered a small breakfast selection of muffins and such, and were incredibly kind and welcoming. This is a book I’m glad I didn’t judge by its cover, the room fit our needs perfectly for our short stay.

Room smelled like an ashtray supposed non smoking ,people smoking weed and cigs outside entrance were you go into the hallway,bathtub filthy ,location is next to a sport pub not family or kid friendly and continental breakfast wasn’t even close to continental looks like there might be long term people living there not worth 126 a night not worth 40 a night wouldn’t recommend this so called inn to anyone

I had to book a stay last minute and the Framingham inn was very accommodating. They were able to get me in a room quickly. Their rate was the best around and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and checkin/checkout was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Framingham.
