Customer experiences
We recently had the main electric line snap off my house during a different project. After DTE had secured the line to the pole we reach out to National Electric since they offered service 24 hours a day. Rob had assisted me via phone and was able to determine what services I need and gave a quick quote. He had a team out to my house within 2 hours. Chris and Will came to my home and got right to work. They explained the process and went to work with updating us to code. Since some of my electrical was grandfathered. Their work looks great and they were able to explain plenty. They were super friendly and made sure I had electric before the nights over. Chris was super helpful at teaching me about my prayed and when my power was restored he made sure everything was working before he departed. We had a brief scare but quickly figured out it was a gfr switch. I am super happy with the work National Electric provide and Chris did a phenomenal job!
Nick and Chris we're very polite explained everything to us and did a great job! They did a good job problem is I can't get an invoice from them for my insurance and they won't return my calls, more to come.
Nick was so good at securing my business but he is lyre he won’t tell you the truth he just care about getting your business and not really good at returning your calls or nothing but the job was okay
I had scheduled an appointment 2 days ago to repair my generator for today at 11am, and once the time for their arrival had come and past, I called them and they had forgotten my appointment for today, and when they said that they'd send out a truck in 30 to 40 minutes, they would charge me an extra $50, for their mistake apparently, and so when nearly an hour had passed, they again failed to arrive, so I called them back again and told them to just cancel my appointment, they never apologized for not showing up, they just said "Okay" and hung up on me!?! They need to train their employees on how to keep appointments better, they need to learn what it means to be punctual, and they desperately need better customer service skills!
