This is such a marvelous yoga studio. Not only are the instructors all top - notch and kind the students that attend are very loving which forms a beautiful yoga community. The location is ideal; overlooking a peaceful fountain with plenty of free parking and the beach yoga classes and Full Moon events are always filled with good vibes and excellent instruction. Wendy and Joanna are doing an amazing job running this little studio that is thriving in it’s 12th year!

Nava Yoga Studio feels like home. Every instructor is highly trained and interested in making every student feel welcome and cared for. The variety of class offerings is suited to every level of practitioner and instructors are accomplished at every level. Special workshops inspire and expand students’ understanding and yogic experiences.. I have been taking classes for 5+ years and never grown so accustomed that my classes feel rote. I feel tremendous gratitude that I found Nava Yoga Studio on my path.
