I highly recommend you contact Now Yoga Tampa if you are truly interested in learning Hatha Yoga. I have been interested in yoga for a long time, but afraid to try it because of my weight and anxiety. When I discovered Now Yoga Tampa is very close to my area, I reached out to inquire about lessons. From my first correspondence (via text) to having my first session, Anuradha made me feel comfortable and encouraged. I learned about not just how to practice asanas but the ways Hatha Yoga can and does affect your body, mind, and spirit. I have a long way to go before my body can do all the moves smoothly, but I am so happy that I had Anuradha as my teacher. I feel confident with daily practices I will reap the benefits. I already feel like it helps my anxiety and I know it's also helping my body.

I just completed my first program with Anuradha and I am so grateful to have met her and received her teachings. During our time together, I learned the Surya Kriya, a 21 step practice. I have taken western-based yoga classes before, but I currently feel aligned and sense a curiosity for learning about the practice, the philosophy, history—holistically. I also enjoyed reciting the invocations in its native form. Anu was very patient, answered all my questions, and dictated corrections very gracefully. I still hear her voice as I practice on my own. Namaskaram to everyone who may read this review 🙏🏼. I had the pleasure of learning Yogasanas from Anuradha at Now Yoga Tampa this past weekend. The program lasted two days and I’ve experienced a complete shift in my body, mind, emotion, and energy between Friday and Monday (Today). I can say with utmost clarity that the yoga she teaches is of the highest caliber and Anuradha is mostly likely the highest caliber yoga instructor in the central Florida Area. The precision, clarity, and integrity in which these ancient Hatha Yoga practices are delivered is second to none and I’m grateful for her guidance.
