As soon as I walked in I was greeted and shown where to sign in. I was called back just a few moments after getting completely signed in. And they were very thorough. The doctor came in just a few moments after I was called to the back. She was very super nice and did everything she could for my visit. She was very helpful. She have me aftercare suggestions also. Five stars! Love this place and the care team! Wish they could actually be my primary care doctor. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came in with a recurring case of strep throat for a five-year-old. Immediately was accused of not replacing his toothbrush after the last round. Then my five-year-old told them that I gave him a new toothbrush every day for a week to keep the germs away. Rather than focusing on the fact that my kid is sick they’re interested in blaming me for something I didn’t do. Then I told them that my pediatrician told me to ask for a specific anabiotic and they told me that it’s probably not indicated for that use so I had to actually show them evidence that it is and Evidence that my pediatrician said it was the one she would recommend using. At the front desk, they told me I had a $20 outstanding balance from some kind of prior visit. They could not tell me the date of the visit or what it was for, and they refuse to allow me to get any kind of healthcare for my child unless I paid it saying that I would have to call their billing during regular business hours. This is predatory at best, completely immoral and trashy at worst. I wish we didn’t have to do business, but they have taken over the market and sometimes this is the only place you can get seen. It really sucks feeling like you have to read medical journals before you go in to see the nurse practitioner who by the way admitted that the anabiotic my pediatrician recommended is indicated for the use of recurring strep throat when amoxicillin fails. Overall, super negative experience and very typical with this company. I truly hate this place. If you can go somewhere else to do it.

I can’t say enough about how awesome THE ENTIRE STAFF IS! I will definitely be back if I need to go to after hours again. The on call doctor was personable, professional and funny. The humor was so appreciated. I will definitely be spreading the word. Thank you guys for being so awesome 🙏🏽 during such a stressful time.

I received amazing services! The NP, Lee was phenomenal with bed side manners so detailed about meds. I wish every visit was like my experience tonight. This was the BEST service experience at a Patient plus clinic ever. oh and nurse Dee was the BEST!   Very patient with me and great manners! I hope they both working on my next visit!!!!
