I've gone here for several years, and have had mostly good experiences with the staff, but the past two years have been questionable at best. While the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, I've noted an almost too relaxed work space, leading to neglect of patients. When calling the office, if you don't press 1, even if you don't want to set or reschedule an appointment, you will go to voicemail EVERY TIME. AND if you have an appointment, CALL AHEAD THAT DAY TO DOUBLE CHECK. I went in yesterday for a scheduled app. (2/27/25 10 AM), signed in with the ladies at the front desk, waited an hour, got pulled to the back and told my doc had an emergency and wasn't there (which they knew about even before I showed up), had to reschedule AND WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THE VISIT WHICH IS NEARLY 80$!!!! (I have to pay out of pocket) I literally had to pay 80$ to waste over 2 hours (drive included) of my time and get nothing done. I spent more time in the lobby waiting to be seen than I did in the back of the facility (total time being seen was around 10 to 15 minutes) This was either completely overlooked by staff or shows they're being manipulative and charging me for wasted time, as I have to drive nearly 30 minutes each way to reach this office and am currently under heavy financial strain. I still love how friendly the staff are, but due to all these reasons, I'm heavily considering changing where I go for mental health/physical care :( I would rather a mean doctor who gives quality care, than a friendly doctor who gives less than adequate care.

LOVE THE STAFF. As a healthcare worker, they're amazing. NP Crenshaw, Tori their medical assistants, lab tech, sectretary. EVERYONE. I love them. i live 50 minutes away but i refuse to go to anybody else!

Fast friendly service. Great staff, doctors. Everyone is great. Staff always remembers me. They're very kind and sweet, and it's always a nice experience all the way through.

Buzzy and all his staff are always polite and respectful. Never have to wait long for my appointments. Best primary care I've had in long time.
