Ceriann WI booked this as a Christmas present for my Mum and Dad who are in the their late 70s (2nights half board). They wanted me (early 40s) to come so I did (I was half board for one of the nights). I'll be honest it is not somewhere I would choose to stay but I knew it would suit my Mum and Dad. I was pleasantly surprised and I would actually stay again without them! Good range of ages, entertainment and I couldn't fault the food or staff. Every member of staff I encountered were friendly and worked really hard. There was rarely a queue at the bar too. I also thought the prices of the drinks was really fair, I was expecting them to be more. I loved the cocktail happy hour too. My room was very small and tired but for the price I paid you can't complain. The shower was really powerful too. My Mum and Dad had a bay window sea view on the first floor and it was a lovely room. I did struggle with the heat of the hotel but my Mum loved how warm it was! One slight thought (not a criticism) 10.30am check out is quite early when you can't get your room until 4pm. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Chris EExcellent hotel and value for money. Clean. Tidy. Good location. Good parking nearby. Staff Excellent and very hospitable and well trained. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay happy and enjoyable. Tracey who served us evening meal and breakfast was great she even made me fresh waffle. Also another gentleman with ginger brown hair served us who was Excellent also with brilliant manner and very friendly. Cannot fault anything at all. Nice warm shower. Food good. Good bar service and great entertainment. Very good and well managed. A good example of a well run ship.

It is an old hotel so looks a bit tired but our room was clean and comfortable. The food was very good and we enjoyed the entertainment. It cannot be beaten for value for money and look forward to our next visit,
Kenneth DavisonFirst time at this Hotel and found that the staff the service and the entertainment was first class. The free parking was a bonus and the location of the Hotel was ideal for all of the amenities that Blackpool has to offer. Good selection on the breakfast but found that it could have been hotter. Would I recommend? Yes, I already have. And if I returned to Blackpool in the near future, I would stop here again.
