Very thorough massage of my neck and shoulders which relieved quite a bit of the pain. He also followed up the massage sending me a video of a stretch for my issue. The stretch really helped. Still a little sore today, but between the massage and stretch I am much better today. Highly recommend Ryan, and I’ve already scheduled my next appointment.
