Red Arrow Edmonton South Ticket Office

It was my first experience on Red Arrow at this particular station which was referred from a friend suggested . It's great and comfortable space during the last September weekend.. those drivers were awesome and presented professional introduction the Trip with facilities on the bus . Just the back trip from Calgary to Edmonton on Sunday... There were two female passengers were inconsiderate , non stop talking and laughing make this quiet peace environment become very annoying. Otherwise it's very impressive pleasant Trip

does this location try to pressure passengers to pay unjustified fees to unsuspecting passengers? seems almost predatory. watch out! and don't be afraid to stand your ground! 💪🏼 woman who was working there this afternoon needs to be fired, NOW!!

Had a terrible experience with the bus attendant at this location. Used this service from Calgary to Edmonton with no problems, until my return trip today. I was asked to put my purse (not big, it fit inside my lap) into the overhead with my backpack. I had explained to the attendant, Millie, that it had all of my personal info and it was to stay with my person, and that the other attendants allowed me to ride with it previously. She had argued and had me put it up there, trying to say it was too big, but when I looked at the woman across from me, she had a bulkier purse and she said she didn't need to. If they are going to implement that with my belongings, then they should do that with all the passengers instead of singling me out. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
