Red Roof Inn Cadiz

Left me stranded after clearly making reservation. Gave heads up notice i would come earlier (a week notice) and the elderly manager took my request and confirmed it was done. I come and my room was SOLD to someone else. Was told i would get an apology call and never got it?! Absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel if your relying on a place to stay

We stopped here for one night . The rooms was clean but still smelled musty . We should've booked online bc online was 65 a night . Got there and it cost 80 a night . But at checkout our receipt said 65 so something is off there . Location is good . It's good for a night or two . They are trying to remodel.

You know you would think that the people that work at the same hotel you go to for the last 4 years would know you a little bit by you talking to them and stuff when you check in , well some people don't they are there for a paycheck and that's it . Why have a job in public service around people you interact with especially a manager if ur not going to somewhat get to know the people that come to your the hotel . See the manager Donna and her staff always seem me walk my dog without a leash I have for 3 yrs now and they know this but now that she has some new maintenance want to be man working for her she wants to act like she knows that I don't want my dog without a leash and she comes with her and jumps on me and tell me I need to put my dog on lease or she's going to call the pound That's poor manager service especially when I've been coming here for 3:00 over 3 years and she knows I don't want my dog with a leash or with I mean , she's a 10-year-old service dog a lab she's not going to bed nobody but me and she ain't going to hurt nobody unless you come towards me they know this My dog is to friendliest dog there is but she wants to act like it's a big deal now that it's so-called want to be maintenance men's working for her That's pretty bad. But the rest of the staff in the office I rate them at 10 but now on the other hand of their housekeeping people I wouldn't rate them a one they don't know how to clean rooms they're housekeeping service sucks.
