(Caution) It's a Motel 6 so I didn't expect much. It's not the cleanest of motels. The cat on premise had to be kept out of rooms and vehicle constantly. Our TV wasn't even hooked up, so I had to that. The remote didn't work for whatever reason. The furniture was old and very distressed. The fridge was nasty I wouldn't keep anything in it myself thankfully we had a cooler. Then on top of that, no receipt, no email, and one of our rooms was accused of smoking in and charged. Which 100% did not happen. Everyone that did smoke went outside, it's a covered area and warm out, why wouldn't they anyway. I called the property to discuss and also explain all the issues, which I did discuss with desk lady that morning we left. Which she decided to cuss and yell at , and continue to accuse me of false accusations over the phone. I will never go to a Motel 6 again since after this encounter, I tried to resolve through Motel 6 customer service and they recommended to keep calling the property. At a different time... So I could possibly get another employee. I will just take my loss, based on false accusations, and never use a Motel 6 again. Go down another exit and stay somewhere else... London Kentucky Motel 6 is the worst experience I've had in 35 years of booking and staying in rooms on trips. Never have I lost a deposit until this dump.

Was greeted at the front desk by an extremely rude man who seemed bothered that we were there. Then we checked into the room and the lights didn’t turn on. Asked the front desk for assistance and they asked if we plugged it in first. The lamp had no lightbulb. The AC didn’t work, wouldn’t go below 68 degrees and didn’t cool lower than 74. The toilet wobbled, the entertainment center was dry rotting and falling apart under the fridge. The fridge was covered in rust. The microwave didn’t work. Despite booking for a family of 4, they gave us 2 towels only. The housekeepers don’t keep towels in their carts, so I don’t know how/when they are replacing them. The towels were falling apart and stringy. Everything was stained and disgusting with splatters and handprints. We had to leave after the first night because this place was so disgusting and unacceptable.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL EVER! Very nasty,bed sheets stained and dirty! NEVER COMING BACK! I HAVE PHOTOS OF EVERTHING! Only thing I can say is that I forgot a very expensive gold ring and they held it for me till I got back.

Overall is what we expected, the room was clean and super quick check in, no breakfast but plenty of options nearby.
