Room was clean but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The tub caulking was completely covered with mold the overflow drain cover was missing and the water wouldn’t turn off. The bed was comfortable, the pillows need replacing (they felt like all their stuffing had been removed). They were more than just flat. Also there wa me no blanket on the bed, just the top sheet and duvet which would t stay on the bed as you slept. The air conditioner comber looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned or dusted in a long while. Staff was friendly. Location was good for us as it was about our half-way point. We stayed in a cheaper hotel the week before that was better kept than this one. I usually have great stays at a Wyhndam Hotel, but this one was the worst.

Its sad- this place could be nice. The rooms have been renovated and nice enough but it is so disgustingly dirty! There is build up on the tub very thick. You can scrape it with your fingernail. There is toothpaste or something on the sink that could have been wiped off easily. Wyndham has a sorry location here and should be ashamed.

The room was definitely not cleaned before we got there and there was still stuff from the previous stay. Plus both the towels and beds we're dirty. The staff are nice but that's just about it. Breakfast is only waffles and coffee

I don't know whose running this place or calls themselves the manager but they should be ashamed of themselves. How this place is still open for business is beyond me. The staff cleaning it should be fired. It's gross, unacceptable and a joke. We had a reservation, coming from out of state, arrived late and walked in and immediately cancelled our reservation and left. The next exit up in Corbin is a dream come true after stopping at this place. The only good thing about it was the gentleman working the front desk, Joe, who was kind, helpful and on top of things as much as he could be. He deserves a raise and praised. I can't believe the filth and the stench.The entire building inside and out is despicable. I was scared of the ground as I walked to our room even! How dare this management charge people for these conditions and allow this. Get it together! The one star is for Joe.
