Upon check in my room smelled like bleach which never dissipated throughout my one day stay.|I was given a menu for the Minuteman Grill when I checked in, only to find out that the restaurant wasn't even open on Mondays and there was no food or beverage service at all being offered anywhere in the hotel. I had just driven 5 hours and was loathe to have to go out and hunt for food.|I called the front desk on Monday night to pre-order room service for the following morning since I was starving and I was told that they don't allow pre-ordering.|There was a big blood stain on the bed spread.|The only drinkware available in the room were three 6oz plastic cups.|The heater in my room was so loud that it woke me up every time it kicked on. I tried turning it down and off but the room got too cold to sleep.|To be honest, I wasn't even certain that the sheets on my bed weren't already used.|This hotel is dirty and dingey and in great need of some deep cleaning.|On a Monday check in (the slowest day for hotels) I was given a room with a beautiful view of the parking lot.|One good thing happened... I left my keys at the front desk and they called my room to let me know that I could pick them up.

I stayed there for an event. The air conditioner was covered in mold and blew air directly into the side of a sofa, so it didn’t cool the room much. That sofa was stained and looked about 40 years old. The drywall was crumbling in the room and hallways and was held together with some sort of green tape (which was also peeling off the walls). The bed was softer than anyone I had ever encountered before, and it left me very hot. Overall the place made me feel dirty and uncomfortable. I would never stay here again.

I was here for a work conference which is the only reason I would book this hotel. It's fairly far from the airport and really not much around the area to do. The hotel is basically 2 motel wings with an indoor "atrium" that has a pool and some gazebos. The common areas were fine but the hotel is very dated. The restaurant was pretty good I had the burger which was tasty. The only bright spot was that the service was great. The employees are super friendly and work hard. My rating is based on the fact that the rooms were old and pretty run down.

This year will be our third year hosting our event at the Boxboro Regency, and we East Coast Vintage Vixens couldn’t be more excited to return! From start to finish, the staff has been absolutely incredible—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. The food is consistently delicious and beautifully presented, with options that accommodate a variety of tastes and dietary needs. Our guests always leave impressed and satisfied! The venue itself is clean, spacious, and has the perfect atmosphere for our vintage-themed gatherings. Whether it’s assisting with setup, handling last-minute changes, or checking in to ensure we’re happy, the team at the Boxboro Regency never misses a beat. We’re so thankful for their continued partnership and can’t wait to make more memories there this year!
