Savage Yoga Studios

I’ve been fortunate enough to be doing various forms of yoga all over the US and Europe for over 30 years, and am a certified instructor. I can’t not say enough great things about Savage Yoga Studio, the owners ( Elizabeth and Liz) and the wide variety of classes, yoga travel trips and wonderful instructors. The yoga community is the most welcoming, supportive and community minded that I have ever seen🙏

Liz and Elizabeth were fearless leaders on our yoga retreat to Peru. I felt calm and confident throughout the trip. It was an amazing experience that will carry me throughout the rest of my life. I can't wait to do another yoga retreat with Savage Yoga

I took the 6:15 a.m. Hot Yoga Flow class with Elizabeth this morning, and it was absolutely amazing. Her cues were so clear and precise that I could stay completely focused on my own practice — I could even close my eyes and still know exactly where to go in each pose. She also came around to offer gentle adjustments, which I really appreciated. The heat in the room was perfect and definitely intensified my practice, the music set the mood beautifully (even though I was so tuned into my own meditation I hardly noticed it!), and the overall atmosphere of the studio was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I felt right at home, and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Savage Hot Yoga!
