The hottest studio ever! Amazing ! Small studio with intimate vibes and nice crowd. Instructor was very knowledgeable and I felt very peaceful. I really don’t think this is a class for beginners as the instructor does not do all the moves with us. It wasnt my case but id have been completely lost otherwise. This studio is 20 miles from my house but seriously considering signing up! Loved it! Ps. Water fountain was broken and this is a no no considering the class is extremely hot!

I’ve had the pleasure of attending Kiera's yoga classes, and she is truly exceptional! Her teaching style is warm, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to ensure every student feels comfortable, offering modifications for different levels and making sure we all feel supported throughout the practice. Her ability to explain poses clearly, while also offering a calming presence, makes each class feel like a rejuvenating experience. Highly recommend her classes to anyone—whether you're new to yoga (like me) or experienced!

The only reason it didn’t get a lower score was because Mike (a yoga instructor at soflo) is INCREDIBLE. However, the studio, lacks communication and a traditional yogic style of teaching. Some of the instructors classes are very unprofessional with lots of chit chat that disrupts flows and many times I have had people just get up and leave on the middle of class. Sadly, another issue with the studio, is that unless you love Pilates, their schedule is lacking in abundance of yoga options. From 9AM to 6PM everyday there is absolutely no yoga classes offered. For the cost of the membership, and the claim of it being a yoga studio this is by far the least amount of classes I’ve ever seen offered during the day. They offer plenty of Pilates class options, since they opened that studio if you’re interested in that, but between the trouble contacting literally anybody to cancel my membership and some of the odd classes I’ve attended by their instructors I’d most definitely recommend going somewhere else for a traditional yoga practice.
