I have had the pleasure of enjoying the yoga flows, meditation classes, art endeavors and massage therapy! There is always a fun event happening that embodies joy & community. Sophia is an amazing soul who loves what she does and it truly shines through!

Sophlow Yoga is the best! They offer a variety of yoga classes and healing techniques, including tantric breathwork, reiki, astrology/tarot, guided meditation, and sound bath. All of the instructors are lovely: kind, supportive and energetically positive. Sophia, the owner, is an amazingly talented and intuitive healer energetic healer. I attended 5 massage sessions with her that involved theta, reiki craniosacral, and therapeutic massage techniques, as well as pressured release of blocked areas. Often this felt like a cross between reiki with more pressure, assisted yoga, PT massage, and shamanic healing. I mentioned on my first session the physical area of my body that was most in pain, and the early childhood trauma I believed it was attached to. Sophia utilized theta, craniosacral, reiki techniues, which involved a holding supportive touch along spine and neck. After my first session i not only felt lighter, freer, and more energized, but appeared this way physically as well, so much so that my phone Face ID didn’t recognize me for 3 attempts (it only opened when I made myself think serious thoughts!) Sophia is a powerfully gifted and talented healer who I recommend wholeheartedly. And the team of yoga instructors and healers she’s gathered at this studio are all amazing!

Sophia is the best. Instructing yoga seems to come naturally to her as she flows in such a calm, loving, and caring manner. She's also a very professional masseuse and a great surfer as well. Most importantly she is truly passionate about passing these gifts on and improving the quality of life of others 🙏.

Sophia is amazing, she is a wonderful surf instructor (with her guidance I got up on MULTIPLE waves) as well as a yoga instructor :)!! my parents moved down to Sebastian recently, and I was down for a visit looking to connect with a yoga studio in their area. Sophia is warm, welcoming and offers so many different yoga & healing modalities at her studio. This is the only studio I go to when I am visiting Florida.
