Chuck just installed an 240V outlet for my EV charger 2 days ago, He did a GREAT job. And the job manager Mario, they explained patiently all my concerns and questions. Jason was able to accommodate my specific requests about placement, answer all technical questions and worked with efficiency. One of the things I like about Ford Motor Company’s electric vehicle (EV) platform is their inclusion of a Level-2 charger with the sale or lease of each vehicle. State Electric shares Ford’s commitment to customer satisfaction, as their firm was the preferred electrical contractor in my area for performing charger installations. This was my first experience with an EV. The State Electric team took a real interest in the charger installation. Defining project scope, the online survey/checklist was easy—simple questions about the location of the circuit breaker panel in relation to the proposed location of the charger. In addition, I took a few pictures for the project estimator at State Electric. I was surprised to find that the only cost to me for the charger installation was the local electrical permit. Erika, from State Electric, contacted me to set up an installation date and time. She was a delight to speak with, adding a human touch to the installation process. I could not have asked for a better technician than Jason to install the charger. Notably, Jason suggested an alternative location for the charger, as the original location that I requested was too close to our gas meter. It was a pleasure to have Jason do work in our home, as like Erika, he took a personal interest in our project. While writing this review, I was contacted by Julia, another member of the State Electric team. Julia was reaching out to schedule an inspection by our municipal electrical inspector, which will complete the project. Consistent with State Electric’s excellent service, Julia provided me with choices for the inspector’s visit. In conclusion, State Electric is an exceptional partner for Ford in developing EV infrastructure. They offer high-level customer service, excellent communication with project stakeholders, and a seamless experience for their customers.

Peyton did an amazing job... He went above and beyond to make everything happen. Came to my house around 6pm on a whim after finishing another job and was on his way home, truly exceptional customer service. I had my issues with qmerit during this process but everyone at state electric has gone above and beyond for me and I cannot thank them enough, just sucks Google limits my review for Peyton to 5 stars... He deserves more
