Navigating the transition from private insurance to Medicare can be challenging. Manny A. methodically explained each component and made recommendations for the coverage I was seeking. I felt he wanted me to feel well informed about my options with out rushing or nudging me in one direction or another. Ultimately, I chose a Part G Supplemental plan and a Part D drug plan in addition to Medicare. He facilitated the paperwork for this. I highly recommend Manny A.

Angela was very knowledgeable about the Medicare process and provided me and my wife with a lot of good information. She didn't assume that we knew anything about the process which I appreciated. However, she did assume that she knew what we needed with regard to Medicare plans and only provided options that she felt we needed. As we were going through the options, I mentioned to her that I currently had a high deductible plan and was interested in hearing about those as well. That never happened. I'm concerned when someone that is educating me doesn't listen or hear me when I communicate information to them. That tells me that my best interest and their interest may not be aligned.
