Melissa and Pat are so welcoming and so knowledgeable!! It was my first time at their studio, and I was in for a treat. The aerial yoga Nidra Soundbath session blew my mind, and it was exactly what my heart needed. If you are looking for a place to rest, reconnect with yourself and meet some new friends definitely stop by. Thank you for such a rejuvenating experience!!!

An great healing experience for me with the Aerial Hammock exercises and classes of Yoga: Nidra with Sound Bath and Gentle Roll & Release. Both teachers Melissa and Patricia are amazing, professionals and with many years of experience. Also, Massage Therapy by Melissa is top of the line. Totally recommend this studio.

I’m not sure why I’ve never written a review but I’m definitely going to now. I love this studio and the staff. I started coming here about 8 years ago on and off and I’m always happy with my classes. Melissa and Allie are always welcoming and accommodating. They offer full transparency with every service they provide and even offer to accommodate you if you’ve changed your mind (no if’s ands or buts) which I feel is super amazing. I also love that they’ve rescued and adopted cats and are willing to go the extra mile with providing them full care and making sure they remain clean and healthy. I would like to take them all home except my house is full to capacity! I highly recommend that anyone wanting to try something new and fulfilling, give this place a try. The atmosphere is peaceful, the people are awesome and the cats are an added bonus (p.s they will also accommodate those with cat allergies as well).
