I was pleasantly surprised by this Hotel! The room was simple but very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and gas stations, and parking was free and easy to access. For the price, it’s hard to beat—the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and everything felt safe and quiet at night. If you’re looking for an affordable place that still gives you comfort and peace of mind, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The hotel is good for a economical place to stay. The room was good, the curtains blocked the air conditioner, I put the curtains up on the top of the air conditioner so they didn't block it but that way they don't close completely. There is suppose to be an indoor pool but it was closed and drained. They don't have anything for breakfast but cereal and only cranberry juice and coffee. I don't drink either one. I have never been to a hotel that didn't at least have orange juice.

If I could give negative 10 I would . This is the worse hotel you could ever book they double charged me. The room had bugs and they were aware and did nothing. The toilet was broken and constantly running. The tub had blood in it and was extremely dirty.The manager told us the room would be cleaned and sprayed for the ants that was crawling on the walls and falling on the bed. Ants were also coming out the wall sockets. This was the worse experience every. The manager was extremely rude and had her daughter at the front desk playing with her dolls while waiting on customers. I booked this hotel online 2 months in advance for the Cincinnati Jazz Festival and it actually does not look how it is in person. This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever came across in my 45 years of living. If you thinking about booking run . This place should be shut down. I will be reporting this place to Better Business Bureau immediately.

The stay was good. The room was clean the staff was professional and helpful. The beds were comfortable and they also provide breakfast. The facility does not have an elevator if you have heavy luggages take the 1st floor.
