Not sure if the problems come from small towns or Kentucky the state. Not a fan in the slightest of smoking rooms -and asking for $250 deposit for non-smoking is wild. Just join the rest of us in the year 2000 and ban smoking in rooms -and do something to manage the stink... Also also" update the rooms -half the outlets don't work without the overhead light being on.

Absolutely horrible. They don’t leave their air conditioners on so when it’s 90° outside, it’s 110 inside that room. And it takes that little tiny air conditioner hours to cool it down. Their website says they have the pool, but there is no pool. They lie to attract customers, and I don’t do business with those kind of people.

When you check in its through a little window. Then when I opened the door to the room the smell of stale smoke was just overwhelming. It's smoke free but how can you tell. Having the air on helped but the moment it went off it was disgusting to breath. The walls must be paper thin cause you could here almost everything. The neighborhood looked sketchy also. Glad I only booked one night. I used the shower to wash up and just slept in my van. Hope it gets better

Well were do i start, owners are beyond rude. Where i was trying to find a place to rent, ended up having to stay here for three months @$65 a night, would think there would be a little bit of leinacy but no, not at all wanted their payment every morning no later than 10a every morning costed me everything i had, all the local resources in town and couple good Samaritan to get is thru and of course right before we get to finally move in next couple days, they threw us out in freezing cold temps because i was going to be couple hours late with their $65. The whole three months we were there they cleaned the room 3 times never did they mop never cleaned bathrooms, just swept took out trash surprisingly tho did get clean sheets each time but 3 times in 3 months thats just disgusting and for right at $5000 would think would have better maid service. They absolutely hate Americans just to let anyone know if your american i wouldn't advise staying here, he literally told me all he cares about is his money not my excuses of being past 10a with a payment oh amd after 2 months and 3 weeks then he says weve decided instead of $65 he was only going to charge $55 if it comes from me but if a church or someone pays for me it would still be $65 , the day he tells me this i took $55 to oay for room he said five short i said i thought u said $55 he said thats $60 with tax......This is just what I had to encounter with them i wouldnt advise staying no longer than a day. The longer you stay the more money you pay the more hateful they get, this proving they hate Americans but sure love Americans money.p.s and if could have rated zero stars i would have continued......just seen they dropped their prices to $55 i just seen on the website , but made out to me they were only going charge me $55 instead of $65 because were there for 3 months like they were doing me a favor and come to find out they dropped rates to $55 for everyone....... So many nights was just us u would think they would want someone in there whos paying but no would rather kick out because couple hours late with the payment literally was 10 mins from paying for yet another night but told us to get out .
