The instructors are amazing, and the heat feels perfect, never overwhelming! If you are new to hot yoga, don't be nervous! You will quickly feel right at home.

This was my first time at ThaVma Yoga and I have to say my experience was amazing!! The owner Marina was guiding the class in a very synchronized fashion. Being that I’m new and inexperienced, she was able to guide and cue me throughout the session to make sure I was doing everything correctly and maintaining proper form. I’m extremely pleased with my experience. I will definitely be doing this on a regular basis to maintain my health, wellness and mobility.
