The Merlin Hotel

This is absolutely upset. What a first came in the hotel. The staff seems like they didn’t even bother talking to me. They gave me my room card and then I went to my room. I was instantly disappointed even on the way to the room. I was scared because it was so messy and small when I entered the room my face filled with discussant. The whole entire room is so messy and so small. Did the staff even clean here, the toilet is absolutely disgusting and I absolutely hate your hair. I was felt like vomiting I decided to leave after 10 minutes of investigating the room.

I arrived at this hotel to a gang of youths outside who looked intimidating. This gang never left the whole time i was there. There was no booking in desk. I waited a while then eventually a scruffy woman appeared with no grasp of her own bookings. Once in the hotel room it smelt unpleasant. There was a fire extinguisher used as my door stopper. The couple who run the hotel are constantly shouting at each other. Avoid at all costs! £2 a night here would be too much!!!

Upon arrival there was alot of young people hanging around outside which gave it a hostel type feeling. "The movie hostel" Was pleasantly suprised when entering our room as it was no where near as bad as we thought. The owners where very nice and helpful when needed. Overall you get what you pay for.
