Room smells like an old ashtray, cigarette burns in the carpet. Extremely outdates. Gave us a Bates Motel feel. Stains on the walls. Dressers look like they were handed down by my great grandmother's grandmother. MY daughter walked into cobwebs up entering.

Want a nice peaceful stay with out being disturbed? Don’t stay here. From staff giving up on finding the reservation I had called and made the day before, to the same staff lying to their boss saying I never mentioned a reservation or gave a name when called out about us being put into the wrong room, to them constantly coming up to us throughout our stay debating on switching us to the correct room after giving us the room we stayed in. Due to him “never having my reservation” that his boss showed him, he lied and said I never mentioned my dog I was bringing with me. Constantly someone was bothering us. I get renovations are being done, but it doesn’t mean constantly be knocking on doors. They know I have a baby but yet constantly disturb us.

It took me about 30 min to try this place because of the photos but after finding everything else booked it was my a beggars aren't choosers approach. Like others noted the rooms are dark and dated. They also hold a musty smell. Presumably from the rugs. For a highly sensitive allergy person this might be a hard place to stay... That said|I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my room was. It's obvious the manager takes pride in his work. The bathrooms look like they've had a re-bath job done. The bedding was fresh and clean. I didn't spot so much as a spider and I looked. Bugs are a deal breaker for me. I'd stay here again but the price is a bit much. I know it's cape cod but 137.00 for that dated a room is a bit crazy. Consider using some of the money to replace carpets.

After being stranded with a broken down car, we were fortunate to be able to walk to the Atlantic Motel. The staff was extremely helpful, able to provide a non-smoking room and accommodate our pet on a moment's notice. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was comfortable, clean, had microwave and small fridge. The pool was an extra bonus and it was well kept and pleasant. They were very nice, providing us with directions, recommendations on things to do in the area and suggestions for help with our car. We are very lucky we found them and were happy with our stay!
