The shala is home. The authentic yoga here goes beyond a workout and truly is a place where seeking yogis can come practice.The yoga classes are exceptional. When I stepped foot inside and meet Christine the owner I knew this was the place I would invest my time for my yoga teacher training, too. I’ve grown so much as a person and yogi since coming here and have been able to deepen my practice and awareness. I’ve met amazing life long peers and friends. I am so grateful this place exists! The teachers here are all excellent too, definitely get the membership so you can try them all out and find your favorite. The yoga schedule also fits many schedules.

Wow where to begin!!?? I’ve known Christine since 2015. I was heavy into yoga because prior I was a CrossFit chick. But I kept going to yoga because her energy was tangible. Fast forward 9 years. In a job I hated. Corporate America. And I left that job and boom things changed at that moment. Christine opened her own Shala, The Yoga Direction, and I reached out about the Yoga Teacher Training. I’ve wanted to be a yoga instructor for 10 years since the day I walked into her hot 90 minute Vinyasa Krama flow! She greeted me like she’s known me for years. Then we flowed and I cried and she provided cold clean towels with essential oils during Savasana and I was hooked!!!! So when I heard of the the YTT the stars aligned and I was meant to be there! I am forever grateful for the opportunity and amazing people I’ve met along my journey! Highly recommend when you are ready to experience something you’ve never experienced before! Just show up. An amazing place to experience growth in your yoga journey. Owners are friendly and caring, teachers are very skilled in their own specialties and offer variations for all levels. Beginner friendly but also offers challenge for those with advanced practice. There's a wide variety of class types and times. Facility is beautiful, calming and very clean. They even have a beautiful rec room where you can read or relax before or after your class. I fully reccomend Yoga Direction. I've been 3 times and they have been so welcoming. I definitely plan on being a regular. Thanks for sharing your light with us!

Christine was awesome! It was one of my first times doing hot yoga and she was so helpful and welcoming! Everyone in the class is extremely nice and it seems like an amazing community to join. Also, Christine let me try the cold plunge right after and it was life changing. Will definitely be going again!
