First I want to say that the staff was friendly and courteous and I appreciated that. That said, this was a terrible hotel experience. The room had ants, crawling on the bathroom sink and counter, on the nightstand, even in the bed. The hot tub did not work at all. The water in the room would get warm but not hot. The room was dirty. There were stains on the furniture and cigarette burns. I had booked two nights but checked out the first morning. I asked and received a full refund for both nights. I got no sleep at all and only hope I’m not bringing ants home with me in my bags. I was on the phone at 1:30 a.m. trying to find a different hotel but the town was sold out. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and the look of the hotel need to be updated and upgraded. There is no elevator and I don't remember that being on the website when the reservation was made. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not "WOW"! While I understand that there are workers who stay during the week for the jobs they are working on, it seemed that there were a number of folks just hanging about all weekend.

This place needs to be condemned, bulldozed and the empty lot bleached for no less than 875 days; it is the most disgusting hotel I've ever ALMOST STAYED at and I stay at approx. 80 to 100 a year. 1 star is much too high of a rating but worth it to inform you of what to expect here. The smell of musty mildew attacked my nostrils as I open the door to room 227, the a/c had the carpet soaked so I know the room below was in horrible condition too. On the wall under the a/c unit was lots of mold that was black and ran the length of the wall. The tub water water and could not be turned off and it was not just a drip. There was no soap in the room either, just lotion, shampoo and conditioner both on the bathroom counter and in the tub area. I politely asked it i could be move to a room with the mold. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and attempted to find me a room without any issues but was seeming to have a hard time doing that. She showed me room 135 which smell "less" molding and the carpet was dry at least. When I looked around, it appeared to have been painted but upon closer inspection, the lamp shade was moldy, the bottom of the desk appear to have been wet for a while at some point because of how it was discolored all along the bottom; i then pull the carpeted baseboard away from the wall and again all along the whole length of the wall was lot of a blackish color mold. I did not stay in any room in this property after that, i left and found a room elsewhere and was much happier. Do not waste your time, money or lungs breathing the air inside the Quality Inn in Danville, KY. I pray this review allows me to post video because the less than 1min of images I recorded says it all. To Quality Inn corporate, close this place down and just start over...the only thing this place has going for it is the staff but just because nice people may work in the sewers doesn't mean I want to stay there either. Thank you for time.

If I could give zero stars I would. We went for one night after our wedding so we didn’t have to go home. When I say the room was crawling with roaches no exaggeration. We didn’t last 10 minutes before getting a refund. On top of that the smoke detector kept going off because it needed new batteries. The room was gross and in horrible condition. The only good thing was that the lady at the front desk was nice and understanding.

Towne Inn is a hotel.
