if i could put zero i would. me and my family booked this for the night as a night away in blackpool. walked in and walked out. the place said there was no smoking which is obviously fine but stunk of stale ciggerate. there was bottle tops up the stairs. the place looked very ran down and overall just absolutely vile. very unprofessional and the room was not cleaned from whenever the last person was in when we entered. the women continued to say the room wouldnt be done till her auntie got back but didn’t know when her auntie got back. and when we went back to say we werent returning the woman acctually agreed with us saying the place was horrible. do not stay here.

I think this hotel deserves more recognition than what people have put in previous comments . First time I have come over to Blackpool with my family usually it’s gatherings and bar crawls / night life . I have lost count how many times Iv visited the place over the years . ||Hotel Jeanne made us feel very well welcome from the word go . The room we stayed in had everything a room should have and a great place to stay espically being so close to the pleasure beach and the south pier . The first night my youngest who has Autism was upset coming to the hotel and they tried there hardest to help when we was coming back in . He was fine when we got back into are rooms but still it was nice they checked . ||They also changed a booking very easy and smoothly , as dates i previously booked in I wasn’t able to make it and the communication back and forth was brilliant to pull the dates forwards . They could said No and I would off lost my dates and be out of pocket .||Highly recommend for a place to stay . Thank you Jeanne hotel for making my family feel welcome . All the best in the future .

Avoid this place! Like several others on here we had our room cancelled whilst travelling we were given the same rubbish excuse that the sink was broken funny as that seems to be a reoccurring problem here. Not only that but we are tried several times to get in touch with them via phone text and email messages in the in the run-up to our stay and every single time they fail to reply. |So on a busy October weekend despite having this book for almost 6 months we will left scrambling to find somewhere else at a significant extra cost to ourselves travelling with young children on my birthday whilst also dealing with a family bereavement so as you can understand I could never recommend anyone to stay at this place

Avoid this place at all costs they will allow you to book a room take payment and then cancel within several hours of your arrival time giving you the same generic excuse that they do to everyone it would appear claiming the sink is broken. This is despite several attempts at contacting them all of which were ignored following us finding reviews advising us to avoid for exactly the same reason. They then do not offer any help whatsoever in trying to find an alternative accommodation so be warned So in summary if you book this hotel be prepared for it to be cancelled last minute you have a mad rush trying to find an alternative accommodation last minute and probably at much more cost to yourself. And then have to go through the hassle of getting a refund also
