I've been great customer for westjet, I was threatened that they will cancel when I asked a simple question about extra basic flight to local, where I was asked to measure mu bag size while I've never asked before with the same flight fares, and they said westjet employees were not doing thier job axceept them, the individual were DYNA and JOY( HER SUPERVISOR) they threatened to cancel my flight, and I was never aggressive l, I believe they need more training how to handle situations like that

Lost our bags again, 2/3 trips so far this year after we paid for business class that is supposed to be “priority” then after they lose your bags cause they simply “didnt put them on the plane” apparently, keep you behind at the airport to fill out paperwork to get your items returned to you. Westjet has gone majorly downhill since they’ve been bought out, not to mention their app charges everything in US dollars now when it’s a Canadian airline? This was also after they delayed our flight 3 times coming home today. Used to think air Canada was the crap airline, now I think westjet is stealing the spot. The last flight we flew from Nashville to Edmonton, again westjet was delayed so we missed our connecting flight and even though we paid for business class in advance they downgraded us to economy with no refund. When we asked about a credit or refund they said we needed to go online to apply for one lol what a joke ..
