Jody is an amazing teacher! She inspired me to continue growing in my yoga journey. She taught YTT (yoga teacher training) with passion and knowledge. I recently decided to simplify my life and get on a path to remembering who I am, why I'm here and what gifts I have to share with the world. I've been working in Corporate America and as a self employed business owner for over 30 years. Although I had reached my business and financial goals, I was still feeling stressed, trapped and unfulfilled. At the end of 2020, I sold my home and pretty much all I own & set out on an adventure to get dialed back in to my purpose and passion. Winter Haven was the first destination to 'pick me' on my journey. I had never been to this community before and after visiting will say, what a sweet and charming community. I love yoga & discovered Inside Out Yoga straight away. What a gem! During my 3 week stay I had the opportunity to meet and share stories with some amazing instructors and fellow students. I was able to try new styles of yoga, such as Kundalini (which I loved) and participated in a Full Moon Light Ceremony that was magical. As I travel, my dream is to visit different yoga studios all over the country. I recently completed my 200 hour yoga instructor training course and I'm excited to start teaching myself. I will value and cherish this time to experience all the unique styles and methods throughout my travels as I meet other amazing people along the way. Thank you for welcoming me!! Namaste

Jody makes yoga fun and accessable. I took my first ever yoga class with her about two years ago and have loved every class since. She is a calming presence who takes any pressure out of the practice. The physical results were great, but the mental aspect was even better. She leads our office yoga sessions and pays attention to every person in the class. We all love her.
