That is a place to learn and know about real yoga! I have always loved yoga but struggled for years to find a real studio with a truthful and meaningful mission about the practice and philosophy. Last year, I came across the "Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach" and was happily surprised by this warm place, the great community, and the beautiful souls who run it. The teachers are experienced and well-trained. Being a practitioner here is different because this place is magical. Since I started here, my life changed profoundly. While a regular student, through my teacher's encouragement, I started teacher training at the Center, and I couldn't feel more blessed by all the knowledge shared with me and my group of colleagues. The teachers and methods applied in studies about the art and science of yoga are beyond excellent. I highly recommend being a practitioner or a training student here.

What a wonderful find! I recently moved to Deerfield and was looking for a community based studio where I could feel comfortable getting back to the mat after many years away. Wow did I find the perfect place. Melissa, Donna, Murali and Ashley are all lovely, patient and kind teachers. My mind remembers what to do, now it’s time to get my body there too! I love Yoga Center. It is clean, they have all the props to make my practice a breeze. Paige is a phenomenal teacher. She cares so much about all her students, makes sure we are in perfect alignment and offers modifications. I have two injured knees and a sprained ankle, she showed me how to do my practice so I don’t further hurt myself but instead strengthen and heal. I can’t wait for class next Monday!!
